This 2-day course will give you the knowledge and skills to effectively coach team members and to use relevant skills in different situations, to improve performance.

By the end of the course you will be able to:

  • Understand how people learn in order to coach more effectively
  • Know some of the different ways in which people can be coached, so that you can choose the best approach
  • Know how to involve people and encourage a positive attitude
