Overview

This 1-day course is designed to provide you with an understanding of the key issues surrounding Diversity and the impact it has on a personal and corporate level. You will be introduced to the key issues surrounding harassment and bullying, dealing with inappropriate behaviour and how to embed positive changes into your organisation. The course is designed to be interactive with an emphasis on group discussion.

By the end of the course you will be able to:
