Overview

This 2-day course is designed to help you build on and develop your leadership skills. You will learn how to align your company purpose, vision and values to drive progress. The course focuses on how to apply effective leadership styles to motivate staff and communicate the vision. You will analyse your leadership style and investigate how best to apply this. You will be encouraged to develop your individual style and make it work for you.

By the end of the course you will be able to:
