Overview

This 2-day course is about identifying, developing and implementing change strategies to meet organisational objectives, using a range of management models, tools and techniques. You will be given the opportunity to analyse the organisation’s readiness for change and select a strategy for change to use in your area.

By the end of the course you will be able to:

    • Identifying and justifying change solutions
    • Change implementation models (Lewin, Kotter, McKinsey)
    • Selecting an appropriate change implementation model
  • Responses to change
    • Monitoring the progress and effect of change
    • Minimising the adverse effects of change
  • Impact of change
    • Reviewing the impact of change
    • Analysing and presenting impact review findings
