Selection interviewing


This 2-day course is designed to help you enhance your interviewing skills using structured interviewing techniques. It will demonstrate the importance of basing interviews on a thorough understanding of the job. The course will also include an overview of employment law, focusing on how it relates to the recruitment and selection process. You will be given the opportunity to practice the skills learned.
